We recently had a customer come in looking to see if we could find or make him a new gear like the one he had, without the sheared off teeth. See below. As most gears are hard to come by unless replacing something else on the machine, we were able to make him a new gear to get his equipment back up and running with less downtime than if he were to order the custom gear.
